We reject all USED/ OPENED item(s) for return. Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Buyer should bearing the shipping charge for returing the merchandise. We will pay for the shippiing fees if it is our mistake on sending the wrong item(s)

Returns are refunded through store credit.
